On 28 October 2026, Morbit joined partners, customers and industry leaders at the Yealink Workplace Forward Summit at BMW Welt in Munich. It was a packed, energetic day, and a genuinely successful one for us.
The summit brought together enterprise IT leaders, channel partners and technology vendors to talk about where the modern workplace is heading, with AI and intelligent meeting spaces high on the agenda. For a team focused on keeping those spaces running, it was exactly the right room to be in.
We spent the day demonstrating Morbit Studio, our multi-vendor platform for monitoring and managing unified communications devices, to a steady stream of visitors. The conversations kept coming back to one problem: organisations are rolling out more meeting rooms and more devices from more vendors, and IT teams need a single, clear view of all of it.
That is what Studio is built for. A few points resonated strongly with the people we spoke to:
One view across vendors. Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and peripherals sit side by side, alongside direct integrations with Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS), Poly Lens, Cisco Webex Control Hub and Neat Pulse.
Deployed in minutes. Studio is lightweight by design, so partners can be up and running quickly rather than waiting on a lengthy rollout.
Built for MSPs. Managed service providers can look after many customer estates from one platform, spotting and fixing issues before users notice.
Only the data that matters. A clean dashboard that surfaces problems, rather than burying them under noise.
Our Yealink YMCS integration naturally drew plenty of interest at a Yealink event. Being able to see Yealink devices in the same place as the rest of a customer's estate is a real time saver for partners already standardising on Yealink hardware.
Events like this are at their best when they bring the right people together, and Munich delivered. We met a number of potential new partners from across Europe and beyond, many of them MSPs and integrators looking for a better way to support their customers' meeting room estates. We are already following up on several of those conversations.
It was also a great chance to catch up in person with existing partners. Sharing a coffee and talking through what is working, what is next and where we can help each other is something no video call fully replaces, however good the camera.
A huge thank you to the Yealink team for organising such a positive and well-run event. From the content on stage to the care taken over every exhibitor, it was clear how much work went into the day.
BMW Welt was a superb choice of venue. It is a striking building with a real sense of occasion, and it gave the whole summit a buzz that made it easy to start conversations. We were proud to be part of it, and grateful for the continued partnership between Yealink and Morbit.
If we met in Munich, thank you for stopping by, and we look forward to picking up where we left off. If we didn't get the chance to talk, we would love to show you what Morbit Studio can do for your customers' meeting spaces.
